We deliver end to end 4WD builds designed around how you actually use your vehicle. From touring and towing setups through to heavy duty and custom applications, we engineer each build as a complete system rather than a collection of parts. Every component is selected, installed and integrated in house by qualified mechanics to ensure reliability, drivability and long term durability. Our approach prioritises weight management, load handling, safety and mechanical longevity so your vehicle performs as intended both on and off road.
Suspension is one of the most critical systems in any modified four wheel drive, especially for towing and long distance touring. We design and install suspension packages tailored to vehicle weight, load distribution and real world use rather than generic lift heights. Our solutions cover modern 4WD platforms with a strong focus on heavy touring vehicles, LandCruisers and American trucks, including engineered GVM solutions where required. Every setup is tuned to improve ride quality, stability, handling and component life.
We are a team of mechanics, not fitters, and our servicing reflects that difference. Our 4WD servicing covers everything from routine maintenance to pre trip and post trip inspections, with a strong focus on modified vehicles. Touring and towing place increased stress on driveline, suspension, brakes and steering components, so our servicing process prioritises preventative maintenance, early fault detection and mechanical reliability. The goal is simple keep your vehicle safe, dependable and ready for the next trip.
Wheel and tyre selection plays a major role in handling, braking, load capacity and overall vehicle safety. We supply and fit complete wheel and tyre packages in house, including balancing of large diameter tyres up to 38 inches. Fitment is carefully matched to suspension geometry, vehicle weight and intended use. We also perform custom 4WD wheel alignments for lifted and modified trucks, ensuring correct caster, camber and toe settings so your vehicle drives straight, wears tyres evenly and remains stable when towing.
